The painting is inspired by a battle fought against the Tibetan army in the snow-covered highlands of Gasa where the Bhutanese were victorious, and the victory led to the construction of Gasa Dzong.

The mist and fog evoke the cold, unforgiving environment, while the fortress, inspired by the iconic Gasa Dzong, stands as a symbol of strength and resilience. The advancing Pazaps clad in traditional armor, represent the determination and unity of those who defended their land amidst the icy silence of war.

All paintings come safely packaged with a Certificate of Authenticity.
